Scott Disick Loses Both Parents Within 2 Months

Reality Star Scott Disick is mourning the loss of his father Jeffrey Disick, a 63-year-old real-estate developer who recently became a widower following the October 28, 2013 death of his wife Bonnie.

Scott, 30, was raised in Eastport, New York and now resides in Calabasas, Calif. with his girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian and their two children, Mason, 3, and Penelope, 1.

Scott’s parent appeared in a few episodes of the Kardashian family reality show over the past few years. Kourtney took Mason to see his grandparents in the Hamptons during a segment that aired two years ago on ‘Kourtney & Kim Take New York.’

A source close to Scott told E! News, “The whole family is so devastated and Scott is beside himself. Scott is an only child with no remaining family.”

The network did not report a cause of death but did indicate that the real estate developer was in Los Angeles at the time of his passing.

Kourtney and Scott spent New Year’s Eve in Park City, Utah with the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner gang on a family vacation. Scott’s girlfriend tweeted on Jan. 4, “Bye bye Deer Valley!,” a reference to the resort where the family stayed during their getaway.
